Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers in section 2(5)(b) and (6) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Revocations) Order 2015.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st July 2015.
2. The following Orders are revoked-
(a)the Health Service Commissioner for England (London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals Designation Orders) Revocation Order 1998(2),
(b)the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 2006(3), and
(c)the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 2009(4).

This Order revokes the following three Orders: the Health Service Commissioner for England (London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals Designation Orders) Revocation Order 1998, the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 2006 and the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 2009.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses or civil society organisations. It also has no impact on the public sector.

Relevant amendments were made by the Government of Wales Act 1998 (c. 38), sections 112 and 152, Schedule 10, paragraph 3(3) and Part 1 of Schedule 18, the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (c. 43), section 184 and Schedule 11, paragraphs 60 and 61(a), and the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 (c. 10), section 39(1) and Schedule 6, paragraph 31(1) and (4).
