The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 129(1) of the Education Reform Act 1988(1).
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions) (England) (No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into force on 19th April 2016.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England.
2. University Campus Suffolk, being an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within section 129(2) of the Education Reform Act 1988, is designated as an institution eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.

This Order designates University Campus Suffolk as an institution eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
