The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014 (Amendment) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 1st September 2020.
2.-(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For paragraph 2, substitute-
"2. Warwickshire College shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed seven- year term beginning on 1st September 2014 and expiring on 31st August 2021."

This Order, made under section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017, provides for a variation of the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Warwickshire College) Order of Council 2014, so that Warwickshire College's existing Degree Awarding Powers authorisation remain valid until 31st August 2021. This Order will come into force on 1st September 2020.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses and civil society organisations. The instrument has no impact on the public sector.
