This article was developed from a paper originally preparedfor the 2013 Salzburg Workshop on Cyber Investigations under the supervision of Professors Laurel E. Fletcher, Chris Hoofnagle, Eric Stover, and Jennifer Urban.

Digital Evidence and the American Servicemembers' Protection Act

Aida Ashouri and Caleb Bowers provide background information on the American Servicemembers' Protection Act and examine the circumstances surrounding the passage of the Act, its important provisions and their exceptions, and how the Act affects investigations by the International Criminal Court.
