Persons to be treated as social care workers
3.
- (1) Student social workers are to be treated as social care workers for the purpose specified in paragraph (2) of this regulation.
(2) The purpose is the registration of student social workers in the register maintained by the Council under section 56(1) of the 2000 Act.
