AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 13 of THE FISHERIES ACT, 1925 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTAT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Amendment of Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 . |
1.— Section 13 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925) is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:— |

( a ) by the insertion in sub-section (6) of the said section of the word "eleven" in lieu of the word "nine" now contained therein, and |
||
|
( b ) by the insertion in sub-section (7) of the said section of the word "twelve" in lieu of the word "ten" now contained therein, and |
||
|
( c ) by the insertion in sub-section (9) of the said section of the word "eleven" in lieu of the word "nine" now contained therein. |

| Short title and citation. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1935 , and the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1933, and this Act may be cited together as the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1935. |
