AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD FIXED BY SECTION 6 of THE CORK FEVER HOSPITAL ACT, 1935 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |
||
| The Principal Act. |
1.—In this Act the expression "the Principal Act" means the Cork Fever Hospital Act, 1935 (No. 44 of 1935) |
|
| Amendment of section 6 of the Principal Act. |
2.—Sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution therein of the words "three years" for the words "two years" and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly. |

| Short title and collective citation. |
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cork Fever Hospital (Amendment) Act, 1938 . |
|
|
(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Cork Fever Hospital Acts, 1935 and 1938. |
