AN ACT TO EXTEND THE LIMIT ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE SUMS ADVANCED TO THE ROAD FUND UNDER THE ROAD FUND (ADVANCES) ACT, 1926 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |
||
| Extension of limit on total amount of sums advanced to Road Fund under Road Fund (Advances) Act, 1926 . |
1.—The following subsection shall be substituted for subsection (2) of section 1 of the Road Fund (Advances) Act, 1926 (No. 29 of 1926):— |

"(2) The total amount of the sums advanced to the Road Fund under this section shall not exceed the sum of five million pounds." |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Road Fund (Advances) Act, 1948 . |
|
|
(2) The Road Fund (Advances) Act, 1926 (No. 29 of 1926), and this Act may be cited together as the Road Fund (Advances) Acts, 1926 and 1948. |
