AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF PART III OF THE CEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1938 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |
||
| Repeal of Part III of Cement (Amendment) Act, 1938 . |
1.—Part III of the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1938 , No. 11. is hereby repealed. |
|
| Short title, collective citation and commencement. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962 . |
|
|
(2) The Cement Acts, 1933 and 1938, and this Act may be cited together as the Cement Acts, 1933 to 1962. |

|
(3) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Industry and Commerce appoints by order. |
||
