AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE ELECTRICITY (SUPPLY ACTS, 1927 TO 1965. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Definition. |
1.—In this Act "the Act of 1965" means the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1965 . |
|
| Amendment of section 2 of Electricity (supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958 . |
2.— Section 2 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958 , No. 35. is hereby amended by the substitution of "fifty million" for "forty-two million" (inserted by the Act of 1965). |

| Amendment of section 5 of Electricity (supply) (Amendment) Act, 1962 . |
3.— Section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1962 , No. 24. is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) (inserted by the Act of 1965) of "fifty million" for "forty-two million". |

4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1968 . |

(2) The Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1965, and this Act may be cited together as the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1968 |
