S.I. No. 82/1983:

AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) (ROUTE CHARGES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1983.

I, JIM MITCHELL, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on my by section 12 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), (as amended by section 1 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1971 (No. 19 of 1971)), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), hereby make the following regulations (the charges thereunder having been determined by me in pursuance of tariffs approved under an international agreement to which the State is a party):

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1983, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1983.

(2) The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 and 1982 and these Regulations may be cited together as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 to 1983.

2. The Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) Regulations, 1980 ( S.I. No. 78 of 1980 ), are hereby amended as follows:

( a ) by the substitution in Regulation 5 (1) for "28.4013 United States dollars" (inserted by the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1982 ( S.I. No. 307 of 1982 )) of "35.26 United States dollars", and

( b ) by the substitution for the Schedule thereto (inserted by the said Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) (Route Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1982) of the following schedule:
