Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2002.

WHEREAS the Taoiseach has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of No. 27 of 1997 ):

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2002.

2.   The Government hereby appoints the persons specified in the Schedule to this Order as Special Advisers to the Taoiseach with effect from 6 June 2002.

SCHEDULE

1.   Una Claffey of 82 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

2.   Gerry Hickey of 182 Sutton Park, Dublin 13.

3.   Gerry Howlin of 47 Kirwan Street Cottages, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.

4.   Barbara Jones of 48 Stonepark Abbey, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.

5.   Joe Lennon of 37 Seacrest, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

6.   Brian Murphy of 4 Homeleigh, Porterstown, Dublin 15.

7.   Peter MacDonagh of 34 Brighton Gardens, Rathgar, Dublin 6.
