Appointment of Special Advisers ( Tánaiste ) Order 2002

WHEREAS the Tánaiste has made a request to the Government under section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997) :

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1977, hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste) Order 2002.

2.       Each of the persons specified in the Schedule to this Order is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste with effect from 6^th June 2002.

Schedule

1.       Mr Maurice Roche, 3 Clarinda Manor, Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin.

2.       Mr John O'Brien, 52A Foxrock Manor, Blackrock, County Dublin.

3.       Mr Oliver O'Connor, 48 Stonepark Abbey, Rathfarnham, County Dublin.
