		S.I. NO. 413 of 2002
		Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform) Order 2002
		WHEREAS the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of No. 27 of 1997 );
		NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows: 1.         This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform) Order 2002. 2.         Ms. Sinéad McSweeney is hereby appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform with effect from 7 June, 2002.
