		Planning and Development Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2003
		The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 270 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 ( No. 30 of 2000 ) hereby orders as follows: 1.   This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (Commencement) Order, 2003. 2.   On 24th September, 2003, section 239 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 shall come into operation.
