Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach and Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach and Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2004.

2.   Mr. Pádraig Slyne, c/o Department of the Taoiseach, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 01 October 2004.

3.   Mr. John Lahart, c/o Department of the Taoiseach, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2. is appointed to be Special Adviser to Tom Kitt, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach with effect from 29 September 2004.
