APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR SOCIAL AND FAMILY AFFAIRS) ORDER, 2004.

APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR SOCIAL AND FAMILY AFFAIRS) ORDER, 2004.

WHEREAS the Minister for Social and Family Affairs has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997):

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 and pursuant to that request, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Social and Family Affairs) Order, 2004.

2. Mr. Frank Lahiffe, c/o Department of Social and Family Affairs, Dublin, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Social and Family Affairs with effect from 30 September 2004.
