APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER FOR HEALTH AND CHILDREN) ORDER, 2004.

The Government, at the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(I) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , ( No. 27 of 1997 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Health and Children) Order, 2004.

2. Each of the following persons is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Health and Children with effect from 30 September, 2004:

(a)  Mr. John O’Brien, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 30 September, 2004;

(b)  Mr. Oliver O’Connor, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 30 September, 2004;

(c)  Ms Patricia Ryan, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Health and Children, Hawkins House, Dublin 2 on 30 September, 2004.
