JUDGMENT
At a Case Management Preliminary Hearing on 6 June 2022 the claimant confirmed that her arrears of pay and holiday pay had been paid in full and the claims were therefore dismissed at that hearing. The complaints of breach of contract, failure to pay wages / unauthorised deduction from wages and right to paid annual leave (Working Time Regulations) are therefore dismissed from the claim.
The remaining complaint of Unfair Dismissal will proceed to hearing.
