GOVERNMENT LOANS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1957 - SECT 27

Interpretation.

27. In this Act the expression

"Government Loans" has the meaning assigned to it by sub-section (1) of
section two;

"Loans Fund" has the meaning assigned to it by section one;

"prescribed" means prescribed by regulations made by the Ministry;

"statutory provision" has the meaning assigned to it by paragraph (f) of
section one of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland), 1954;

"the Ministry" has the meaning assigned to it by section one.
