MINERAL DEVELOPMENT ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 52

Financial provisions.

52. Any expenses of the Ministry under this Act may be defrayed out of moneys
provided by Parliament, or, to the extent that the Ministry of Finance so
directs, by means of sums charged on or issued out of the Consolidated Fund.
