The Housing Support Services (2002 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Housing Support Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2002[1] and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing Support Services (2002 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003.

Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Housing Support Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 is 1st April 2003.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order.)

This Order brings into operation on 1st April 2003 the Housing Support Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 which confers on the Northern Ireland Housing Executive functions with respect to Housing Support Services.
