Summary
The inventions appear to relate to a vehicle or building panel using organic or polymer light emitting diodes, possibly as part of a display, or for advertising purposes. The Hearing Officer held that the claims were unclear and that the invention was not sufficiently disclosed in a manner which was clear enough and complete enough for it to be performed by a person skilled in the art contrary to the requirements of sections 14(3) and 14(5).
