3.
- (1) The Service shall provide a person with no more than one grant for each particular purpose in any one year.
(2) The Service shall provide each grant for a period of no more than one year and this shall be known as the "grant period".
(3) The Service shall specify, when providing the grant, the date on which the grant period ends.
4.
- (1) At the end of the grant period the person in receipt of the grant shall repay to the Service any amount of the grant that has not been expended.
(2) If a person uses a grant for a purpose that is prohibited by regulation 2, the whole of the grant shall be repaid immediately.
