In regulation C1(5)(b) after "include any payment" there shall be inserted -

In Schedule 1 the following definition shall be inserted at the appropriate place in alphabetical order -
"
"School Achievement Award" |
A payment granted in respect of a school, in recognition of excellence or improvement, under the scheme established by the Secretary of State known as the School Achievement Award Scheme. ". |
6.
In Schedule 2, paragraph 5(a) for the words "or, as the case may be, a city college for the technology of the arts, or", there shall be substituted "a city college for the technology of the arts, or, as the case may be, a city academy, or".
7.
In Schedule 2, paragraph 5(b) for the words "or, as the case may be, a city college for the technology of the arts.", there shall be substituted "a city college for the technology of the arts, or, as the case may be, a city academy.".
