SOCIAL SECURITY

The Employment Zones (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2001

  Made 10th May 2001 
  Laid before Parliament 11th May 2001 
  Coming into force 2nd July 2001 

The Secretary of State for Education and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999[1] and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it[2], hereby makes the following Regulations:

Commencement and Citation
     1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Zones (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 2nd July 2001.

Amendment of the Employment Zones Regulations 2000
    
2. The Schedule to the Employment Zones Regulations 2000[3] shall be amended as follows -

These Regulations amend the Schedule to the Employment Zones Regulations 2000 by -
