(2) Unless the context otherwise requires, expressions used in these Regulations, and which are also used in the Principal Regulation, shall have the meaning they bear in that Regulation.
Prescription of fees
3.
The fees specified in column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as the fees payable in connection with the services provided by the Department in pursuance of the United Kingdom's Community obligations arising from Article 12 of the Principal Regulation, each fee specified in column 2 of that Schedule being the fee payable in connection with the service specified alongside that fee in column 1 of that Schedule.
Payment of fees
4.
A fee payable under regulation 3 above shall be paid to the Department at the same time that the application to which it related is made to the Department.
Revocation
5.
The Kimberley Process (Fees) Regulations 2003[3] are hereby revoked.
