- (1) Mae gweithwyr gofal cymdeithasol o dan hyfforddiant i'w trin fel gweithwyr gofal cymdeithasol at y diben a bennir ym mharagraff (2) o'r rheoliad hwn.
(2) Y diben yw cofrestru gweithwyr gofal cymdeithasol o dan hyfforddiant yn y gofrestr a gedwir gan y Cyngor o dan adran 56(1) o Ddeddf 2000.
